Terms of Service | Insider Property

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Insider Property, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Agents must hold a valid NSW real estate license.

3. Buyer Membership

Buyer access requires an active membership at $29 AUD/month with a 3 month minimum commitment. Memberships auto-renew monthly after the initial period and can be cancelled at any time thereafter. No refunds are provided for partial months or the minimum commitment period.

4. Agent Listings

Agents pay a one-time fee of $50 AUD per property listing. Listings must be genuine off-market properties. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in account suspension.

5. Property Information

Insider Property does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings. All property information is provided by listing agents and should be independently verified by buyers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Insider Property acts as a platform connecting buyers and agents. We are not a party to any property transaction and accept no liability for the outcome of any property purchase or sale facilitated through our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
